How to reserve an area or room at Fairhaven Bible Chapel:
To find if the room or area you want is available:
- select the viewing option that works best for you (Month, Schedule, Week–see upper right corner)
- each area or room of the chapel is listed on separate “calendars” (click on the calendar icon directly to the left of the viewing option selector)
- check if the area or room you’re wanting to use is available on the day and time you want to use it
If your area or room is available, email Patty in the office with the following information to reserve your space:
- group/ministry making the reservation
- area(s) or room(s) that are being reserved
- time each location will be accessed until the time you will depart (not necessarily the same as the event itself)
- contact information of the Event or Meeting Coordinator
Consider your reservation complete once Patty confirms and you see your reservation on this calendar.
